Air-filled balloons typically last about a week. For the best results, assemble your balloon décor as close to your event date as possible. Balloons can occasionally pop due to various factors like sharp objects, rough handling, or environmental conditions.

Due to the custom nature of our kits, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your kit, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
To reserve your date, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable $100.00 service retainer and sign a service agreement. The remaining balance is due by the date specified on the invoice, or on the day of the event if paying in cash. (If agreed to by SK Balloons and Co.)
For outdoor events, we install balloon décor on the day of the event. Weather conditions can affect the balloons, so we recommend having a backup plan. If needed, we can help with indoor setups or rescheduling.
Yes, you can use your own backdrops and props. Just make sure they’re set up before our arrival and have proper weights for stability. If not, we may need to adjust our setup accordingly.
Clients may cancel their event at any time before the delivery or event date, whichever comes first. A cancellation fee will apply. Refunds are based on items purchased for your event and the time invested in planning. Requests must be made in writing via email and will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are as follows:
At SK Balloons & Co., we strive to ensure your balloons are delivered in perfect condition. However, balloons can occasionally pop due to various factors like sharp objects, rough handling, or environmental conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for popped balloons after delivery. To minimize the risk, handle balloons with care and keep them away from sharp objects and extreme temperatures and children. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you!
